We have two exciting stand-up concepts for you to choose from; Mere Morsels for cocktail style food, or our Stand-up Degustation for an unrivalled dining experience. You’ll find more details below, but as always Herb’s tantalising flavour combinations will be sure to wow your guests and have them talking about your event long after it’s over.
Our prices include a fully qualified chef, crockery, cutlery, disposable napkins, menus, and wait-staff for the service of food. Dietary requirements are happily and creatively catered for as well, via our event planning form. Drinks wait-staff can be arranged at an additional cost of $50 per wait-person per hour (minimum 4 hours) if required.
Stand-Up Degustation
The stand-up degustation is Herb Faust Food’s premium cocktail-style dining concept. It is designed to ensure that all guests receive an individually plated serving of each and every course. Savour each course as it’s served, enjoyed, then collected by our friendly and efficient wait-staff, while the following course is being freshly prepared in the kitchen by your fully qualified chef.

Mere Morsels
If you’re looking for innovative, satisfying, and accessible bite-sized cocktail food, Mere Morsels is the answer. We offer a selection of delectable canapés, with the option of expanding your menu by choosing from our creative range of fun foods, substantial bowls, and desserts. Design a menu guaranteed to cater for all tastes, by selecting from our extensive menu below.
Minimum spend of $45 per person (6 canapés) is designed for a light canapé function of up to 2 hours duration. For longer functions, or where a meal is to be replaced, we recommend adding to your selection. Menus must comprise at least 5 canapés before fun foods, bowls and desserts can be added. We provide 1.10 portions of each selected canapé per guest, and 1 portion of each fun food, substantial bowl, or dessert.
Personalised quotes are available on request. Canapés can be any combination of savoury or sweet.
