Food Station Menu

PERFECT FOR…

Food stations are a fantastic way of adding a bright and fun festival atmosphere to larger catered functions. They offer a fresh and exciting stand-up catering experience for events such as weddings, engagements, corporate events, staff parties, or other milestone celebrations. Food stations add to the ambience of a function, allowing plenty of room for creativity with theming and styling your event space. They also allow you to easily cater to your guests’ varied tastes by offering diverse menu choices and combinations.

STYLE & SERVICE…

All of the dishes on our Food Station Menu are served counter-style from each station, and come in disposable serving-ware to keep service running smoothly and efficiently. Each item on our menu is designed to provide a tapas sized portion for your guests. This will allow them to explore the different dishes at each station and enjoy a variety of flavours throughout your event. We allow a serving of each of your chosen dishes per person so everyone is able to taste each delicious offering.

We have categorised our dishes into themed collections, however you are more than welcome to tailor your own menu by combining items from our different categories if preferred. You can also choose to add a dessert option at a savoury station if you would prefer not to have an entire set-up dedicated to sweets.

POSSIBILITIES…

The minimum requirement for this style of catering is a choice of two food stations at a cost of $44 per person. This covers the first 2 savoury items (or 3 dessert items if preferred) at each station. This volume of food would suit shorter functions of up to 2 hours duration. To expand the offerings at each station for longer functions, additional savoury items are priced at $8pp, and dessert items at $6pp. Our helpful events staff are more than happy to discuss the requirements for your particular function and pass on their recommendations if required.

Our pricing includes all menu items as selected, disposable serving-ware, as well as sufficient chefs and food service staff for a period of up to 5 hours (including bump in and out, and depending on menu size). The set-up of each station is left to your creative devices, however we can assist with theming ideas and any technical specifications if required. If kitchen facilities at your chosen venue don’t meet our minimum requirements, we can also assist with the hire of necessary equipment. You may also choose to expand your menu by offering guests roaming canapes on arrival. These can be selected from our Mere Morsels menu and are a great way to welcome guests and commence food service at this style of event.  Prices are available on request.

There is the added bonus of no time constraints as well, which means your guests can graze at their leisure over the course of your function. Food station events immerse your guests in a fun and social environment, where they can relax, celebrate and spend time with one another, while enjoying our deliciously innovative creations, and exceptional service.
