Our Gourmet BBQ is perfect for your next casual catering get-together. The iconic aussie barbecue has long been a great way to relax, celebrate, or simply share time with family and friends. Instead of preparing salads all morning and spending time attached to the barbie when you’d rather be socialising, let our staff take over the reins.


Your chosen proteins will be freshly cooked on the barbecue in front of you and your guests, drawing everyone in with the aromatic flavours of Herb’s divine dressings, marinades and sauces. They will then be presented banquet-style, along with your vibrant, hearty salads and fresh bread, giving guests the time to help themselves at their leisure.

The table will be kept topped up and tidy by our friendly wait-staff during the service period, and once mains have been devoured, you’ll discover the joy of one of Herb’s delectable dessert jars for each and every guest.


The Gourmet BBQ is a fantastic casual catering experience, with the fun and theatre of live cooking, and the informal and relaxed service style. It is a cost effective way of outsourcing your catering so your priority can be enjoying the company of your guests.
