Breast Cancer Care WA Long Table lunch is back again for another year which will be it’s 10th anniversary. This year, 700 guests will be treated to a 4 course meal created by some great Perth chefs, Scott Brannigan, Russell Blaikie, Chris Taylor, Bob Rawlins, Stephen Clarke and myself. I’m so proud to be a part of the Long Table Lunch again this year. I’m excited and honoured to work as part of an amazing line up of Perth chefs to support Breast Cancer Care WA. I love that the passion I have for creating great food can help an organisation that is clearly also passionate about their vision to provide assistance to people affected by breast cancer.

We are very concious of allergies and aversions when designing menus for our guests. One such guest, Linda Durell, was so impressed with her dining experience that took into account her coeliac condition, she wrote to Coeliac Australia. New York Vegan Magazine “The Gentle Kitchen” December, 2012

  Heather Hunt (formally Perth gal) of New York vegan magazine “The Gentle Kitchen” recently set me a challenge of creating a tapas style menu complete with recipes for her readers. It was a lot of fun creating the dishes and having them photographed by friend,  Joanne of Amara Ritchie Photography. I managed to create 5 very unique and tasty dishes that were totally vegan!!
