Australian Coeliac Magazine March, 2013

We are very concious of allergies and aversions when designing menus for our guests. One such guest, Linda Durell, was so impressed with her dining experience that took into account her coeliac condition, she wrote to Coeliac Australia. Herb Faust Food thanks her for that email as we are now this month’s guest chef in the “Australian Coeliac”. It’s a great read and has a couple of gluten free recipes too.
